Outstanding Management of the Year will award to MLM corporate that built a certain, acquainted and trusted company with true entrepreneur spirit which illustrated a high grade of ability, development, expansion capacity and growth.

Criteria:

  • Creativity/Innovation : Demonstrates ability to develop new methods and approaches resulting in positive change and new standards of performance.
  • Communication : Demonstrates an ongoing commitment to communication, which is timely, honest, through, open and sensitive within the University as well as between individuals.
  • Customer Services : Demonstrates and promotes quality services that is responsive to customer needs and provides satisfaction with products and services provided.
  • Diversity : Demonstrates respect for the variety of experiences and perspectives, which arise from differences in race, culture, religion, mental or physical abilities, heritage, age, gender, sexual orientation and other characteristics.
  • Ethics/Integrity : Demonstrates a commitment to the highest standards of ethics and integrity demonstrated by leadership that is open, fair, honest and consistent in dealing with employees and the campus community .
  • High Performance/Maximum Accountability : Demonstrates personal achievement of high performances as well as effective goal setting, coaching and performance management of others.
  • Supportive Work Environment : Demonstrates ability to implement programs and activities that create and provide a supportive work environment for employees, which enhances morale, enables productivity and develops human potential
  • Teamwork/Collaboration : Demonstrates acute ability in working together within and between groups to achieve goals and purposes common to the University’s strategic plan and priorities : patients, discovery, education, people and business.
